To our Old Friends and New Acquaintances, 

    Titan Flow Control, Inc., a brand new company, was established in late 2000 by a group of industry veterans. All of the principals were formerly associated with the industry leader and collectively their experience amounts to more than two hundred years in the valve and strainer business.

    Good, new, better, best and "improved services" are words that most companies use with abandon. Sometimes they mean what they say. Sometimes they don't. As you well know, our industry has some of each. Fewer of the former, more of the latter!

    We truly believe there is still a place in the market for a company that operates their business based on accommodating their customers' needs rather than based solely on accommodating the company's bottom line.

    We have not forgotten the lessons we learned over many years of doing business with many of you. We have not forgotten real service and accommodation, we have not forgotten flexibility, and we have not forgotten being easy to do business with. We have not forgotten that these business concepts were once the backbone of the company with which we were associated for so many years. More importantly, we continue to remember and believe in them, and we do so for this reason. These concepts formed the bedrock upon which we structured our business relationships and as a result, we became successful in growing that company from a very modest beginning into becoming the industry leader.

2. We will never install one of those automatic phone systems that answers your call with a bunch of numbers from which you must select, just to get another bunch of numbers from which you must select. When you call Titan you will talk to real live human beings - every call - every time - always.
3. We will honestly tell you what we can do for you and what we cannot do.
4. If we do not have what you need we will help you find it. We will do this even if doing so means Titan is eliminated from the sale.
5. We have committed to maintain an extensive selection of products on hand because ours is a specialty business. We are starting our business carrying a substantial stock in inventory and we will continue to maintain it.

    For over forty years our professional managers serviced your needs and we made you into believers and friends. We humbly ask for the opportunity to do this once again by joining us in our new venture.
